Annual Parish Meeting - 2026

The Annual Parish Meeting is due to take place on Tuesday April 28th 2026, from 18:30hrs in the hall at Westclyst Primary School, Maddick Road, Westclyst.

The theme for the 2026 meeting is Celebrating our Community, with feedback from groups who have received grant funding support using Broadclyst Parish Community Grants in 2026. 

We have invited all community groups who received grant funding over the past year to share a short update on their projects at the Annual Parish Meeting. It’s a chance to celebrate what they’ve achieved, highlight the impact of their work and let others hear about the brilliant things the funding has enabled. 

Approximate timetable:

6.30pm                Arrival, light refreshments

7.00pm                Take seat at table (cabaret style), official welcome from chairman

7.15pm                Presentations from grant recipients, highlighting the achievements of each group over the past year and plans for the future

7.55pm                Closing comments

8.00pm                Ends
