Planning Committee agrees draft representation to the Regulation 19 consultation on the East Devon Local Plan.

The Parish Council's Planning Committe agreed its draft representation to the Regulation 19 consultation on the East Devon Local Plan at its meeting on 9th December 2025. 

The draft can be downloaded here.

This draft will be presented to Full Council for final edits and approval on 19th Janaury 2026, before submission deadline of 26th January 2026.

Residents are respectfully reminded that they can submit their own representations via the Commonplace website here.

Residents are welcome to attend the meeting on 19th January, commencing 19:00hrs at Westclyst Community Primary School.
